Trenchcoat Season, is less about the weather and more about a stormy relationship. It opens with a slow, deliberate blues arrangement and soulful vocalisations. The verse sees flashes of cymbals like lightening strikes while Daria’s vocals rumble like thunder. It’s all whirled together like a beautiful maelstrom and a perfect storm of pop.
