Nactus Kunan are a Nottingham-based synth and bedroom pop band who have previously had their music played on BBC Radio 6 Music and Radio X. Yet, we’re only coming to them now, on their return from a two-year pandemic-induced hiatus. Their latest track is called Total Perspective.

There’s a wonderfully throwback feel to the opening of Total Perspective. Close your eyes and you could be back in the golden age of synth. Yet, Nactus Kunan put their own modern spin on proceedings too, not least through the soft, soulful and soaring vocals.

For fans of the band Total Perspective marks a welcome return. For us, it’s a beautiful introduction to their world. It’s one I’m looking forward to exploring further. I hope you’ll agree. You can check out Total Perspective below.
