Having recently debuted with a double-A side, London’s Angel Murray returns to our pages with her follow-up single, Credibility.

When I shared Angel’s singles Somewhere Else and Angels last month, I was taken with her astute lyrics and sultry grooves. Her latest continues the good work, giving us a dreamy yet energetic number that is rich in introspection and the darkest of pop sentiments. A soaring chorus brings a contrasting brightness in a nuanced single that showcases just what an exciting talent Angel is.

Drawing influence from the likes of Billie Eilish, Frank Ocean, and The Cranberries, Angel Murray is an artist on the up. I feel like the best is certainly yet to come from her; her start is mightily impressive.
