Toronto, Canada-based dream pop artist La Faute, real name Peggy Messing, is fast becoming one of my favourite artists. She first came to my attention in February this year through her track Blue Girl Nice Day and since then I’ve shared a couple others of hers. Her latest is called Let It Burn.

Leeds-based nu jazz collective Fold have featured on our blog a couple of times before, but not since the autumn of last year. Their latest sees them team up with another York Calling featured artist, saxophonist Emma Johnson. It’s called The Painful Truth.

Julian Tran is an alternative folk artist and composer who has just come to my attention thanks to the fourth and final part of his FANTASY UNLIMITED project. Each part contains two tracks and in this one we get Strange Times and Here They Come.

Munich, Germany-based EDM artist De Antiquis Et Novis has been on my radar since early last year when I ran the rule over his lush track Afterglow. Since then, I’ve shared two more singles of his, as well as his album Alchemy. Now he’s back with another. It’s called Falling Stars.

Detroit, USA-based pop singer songwriter Mirnaz first hit my radar at the end of last year through her intimate track God Complex. Now she’s back with a unique and exciting love song. It’s called Eyes On You (Slowed & Reverb).

Los Angeles, USA-based alternative R&B singer songwriter Lili Joy has just caught my attention thanks to her new love song D.W.Y.C.T.
